Com humps

Hi,
I have a query about com-humps for both 737-800BBJ2 (tail) and 747SP minor aft humps.
Using alpha channel import with DXTBMP I managed to make the front big curve hump to show.
Nevertheless, the smaller ones would not show, as well as the BBJ2 tail antenna.
As there is no reference in the readme of how to, could anybody be of help?
