Black textures only at night

Black textures only at night

I'm having some trouble with the 737-900 for FSX. The textures I found here are DDS and show up black at all times. I turned them into bmp dxt5 and show up perfectly at day. But go black at dawn dusk and night so I assume it must have something to do with the lightmaps.

Make sure you have followed the installation instructions in the base packs precisely.
