737NG Shaking

Hi, Having problems with all the 737NG models. After take off, normally just after the landing gear comes up the models start to wobble. They stop doing it eventually but not until they have reached a considerable height. Can this be stopped?

You can try and replace the FDE with that of Jan Martins:
