ERROR43 Persists-Needed Repaints

Error 403 still persists

I am trying to download what AIFP says needed. I am replacing WOAI outdated 2013 schedule with summer 2017

Here is what is needed to make AIFP happy.

Even though those are nice models, I cannot use them. I really need the FS2004 versions to complete the fleet. I do not own FSX/P3D. I wish flyingcarpet75 would work.
